Italy, Italian will be
Italy was like a pause for reflection. Building a step for two years and at the same time the view of a
horizon unconfigured by the new, mysterious as a first step should be. There we saw our expectation to cross with reality, and to turn desire into true. We find out how Italians are expressive and that most of them don’t like to speak English.
Located in Cecina (Cecina comes from CECE, chickpea in Italian), Province of Pisa, Tuscany Region, we were able to enjoy the union of the Ligurian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea. We were carried from one place to another as we wished. Cecina, Montescudaio, Livorno, Pisa, Sarzana, La Spezia, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Voltera, Massa. Historical
architectures, long train journeys, Dub tour with the Senegalese, Roman museum, typical Italian lunch, cozy little home, family friendly, vegan options (nhami), art exhibition, birras (beer in italian) and psytrance parties ... Ah the trance ...
Thinking of how small is the city we were situated was, we migrated a few times to Pisa to find the trance and art events. With winter coming, the indoor parties were focus for the two months we were there. Fortunately, we were presented with an open-air Italian after winter that was sure to stay forever in our memories.
Our goodfather? Off Label Crew. That's right, a crew based in Pisa that whenever it can, is stirring up the lives of the region's trancers. We had the great pleasure of attending two events organized by them, with our Itinerant store Espaco Libellula, Carpe Diem and Porticciolo Goa.
We also had the pleasure of taking part in the Ronzii - Urban art in subugglio event organized by the girls of Fuco Fucina Contemporanea. An event highlighting the migration of Africans to the country besides bringing artists from the region to express their works. We have developed a special Mandala for the event besides also exposing our traveling shop.

As time flew by and the cold intensified, even far from all the nature so ever present in our lives, the cozy neighborhood we live has conquered us. Full of cats, leaving us with less longing for our beloved felines, calm as a pond, without at least one engine to bother, our friend Amici, a Boxer-shaped dog (friends in Italian) always present, bonfires too much .
We met the black and white crows, saw the grape plantations closely, visited the Tombolo di Cecina Nature Reserve and the Colle Val D'Elsa (Parco
Fluviale Alta Val D’Elsa) River Park where we enjoyed a waterfall. We know those beaches of great rocks, you know ... Libellula met Italy and Italy met the Libellula. It was not an easy relationship, but it was a new relationship, and how everything new is too tasty.
Even the way we write our Libellula (dragonfly), with two L's is how we write Libelula in Italian ... no, we did not know that.
PT - Itália, Italiano será.
A Itália foi como uma pausa para reflexão, a construção de um degrau por dois anos e ao mesmo tempo a vista de um horizonte desconfigurado pelo novo, misterioso como um primeiro passo deve ser. Lá vimos nossa expectativa cruzar com realidade, e transformar o desejo em verdade. Descobrimos o quanto os italianos são expressivos e que a maioria deles não gosta de falar inglês.
Situados em Cecina (Cenina vem de CECE, grao de bico em italiano), Província de Pisa, Região da Toscana, pudemos apreciar a união dos mares Mar Lígure e o Mar Tirreno. Fomos levados de um lado para o outro conforme os desejos quisessem. Cecina, Montescudaio, Livorno, Pisa, Sarzana, La Spezia, Colle di Val d'Elsa, Voltera, Massa. Arquiteturas históricas, longas viagens de trem, role de Dub com os senegalenses, museu romano, almoço típico italiano, casinha aconchegante de família um tanto quanto acolhedora, opções veganas (nhami), exposição de arte, birras* e festas de psytrance... ah o trance...
Pensando no quão pequena a cidade que estávamos situados era, migramos algumas vezes até Pisa para encontrar o trance e eventos de arte. Com o inverno chegando, as festas indoor foram foco pelos dois meses que estávamos por lá. Felizmente fomos presenteados com uma after invernal italiana open air que com certeza ficara registrada para sempre em nossas memorias.
Nossos padrinhos? Off Label Crew. Isso mesmo, uma crew situada em Pisa que sempre que pode, está agitando a vida dos trancers da região. Tivemos o grande prazer de participar de dois eventos organizados por eles, com nossa Loja Itinerante Espaço Libellula, Carpe Diem e Porticciolo Goa.
Tivemos também o prazer de participar do evento Ronzii – Arte urbana in subugglio organizado pelas garotas da Fuco Fucina Contemporanea. Um evento destacando a migração de africanos para o pais além de trazer artistas da região para expressar seus trabalhos. Desenvolvemos uma Mandala especial para o evento além de também expormos a nossa loja itinerante.
Enquanto o tempo voava e o frio se intensificava, mesmo longe de toda aquela natureza tão presente anteriormente em nossas vidas, o bairro aconchegante que vivemos nos conquistou. Cheio de gatos, nos deixando com menos saudades dos nossos felinos tão amados, calmo como uma lagoa, sem ao menos um motor a incomodar, nosso amigo o Amici, um cachorro em formato de Boxer (amigos em italiano) sempre presente, fogueiras até demais.
Conhecemos os corvos pretos e brancos, vimos as plantações de videiras de perto, fizemos uma visita a Reserva Natural Tombolo di Cecina e ao Parque Fluvial (Parco Fluviale Alta Val D’Elsa) de Colle Val D’Elsa onde apreciamos uma cachoeira. Conhecemos aquelas praias de pedras grandes sabe... a Libellula conheceu a Itália e a Itália conheceu a Libellula. Não foi um relacionamento fácil, mas foi um relacionamento novo, e como tudo que é novo é gostoso demais.
Inclusive a forma como escrevemos a nossa Libellula, com dois L é como se escreve Libelula em italiano... não, nós não sabíamos disso.
